Bluestone Estate is a private, family-owned wedding venue in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, set on 110 acres of scenic countryside. Designed to accommodate up to 220 guests, the estate features a restored, climate controlled, stone barn with soaring ceilings, chandeliers, a stunning stone backdrop, and expansive windows overlooking the water. Couples can choose from multiple ceremony locations, including waterfront, gardens, woodland, and courtyard settings, all thoughtfully connected to create a seamless flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Every space is intentional, allowing your entire wedding day to unfold in one beautiful, cohesive setting.
Your Best Day Package Includes:
Before Your Best Day:
-Complimentary use of property for engagement photos
-Site visit to show family
-Venue owner available to answer questions and assist as needed
-Final walk through meeting
-Complimentary one hour rehearsal
On Your Best Day:
- Tours are not held on your wedding day. We value your privacy.
-6 hour event time, including ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
-5 hour event time for those wishing to be married off site. All off site ceremonies are discounted $300 from the total package price
-Exclusive use of acres of scenic land for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
-2 Large indoor spaces for cocktail hour, reception and ceremony
-Multiple ceremony locations throughout the property
-Use of The Crystal Suite which includes: full bath, 4 hair & make-up stations, kitchenette, private balcony,spiral staircase leading to the loft overlooking the suite, TV, private entrance, climate controlled
-Brides may arrive at 8am to begin hair and make-up at no extra charge
-Use of The Speak Easy Suite after 11am, which includes a half bath, kitchen, lounge area, dining space, TV, climate controlled
-Climate controlled venue (Geothermal heating and cooling)
-Wifi
-On site parking with attendant during guests arrival
-A club cart attendant on site to transport any guests needing assistance upon arrival and throughout the event
-On venue host for the duration of the wedding
-On site catering bay including stainless steel refrigerator, 3 basin stainless steel sink, stainless steel tables, room wired for a full kitchen to accommodate their equipment needs, water, easy accessibility
Ceremony Inclusions:
-Set up, tear down of chairs and arbor (our arbor only)
-White resins chairs with cushions (outdoor ceremony only)
-Mahogany chairs (indoor ceremony only)
-Choice of 3 arbors. You may bring in your own if you prefer.

Cocktail Hour Inclusions:
-Set up of tables and chairs
- 60” round tables for guest seating and stationed hors d’oeuvres
-(10) 30” high top cocktail tables
-Pallet wall to decorate as you choose
