We offer the convenience of your wedding ceremony and reception in the same location. Guest Capacity Dawn on the Chesapeake specializes in elegant weddings. We comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests. Included with every Wedding that includes Ceremony and Reception: • Access to the Gardens, Waterfront and Mansion • Exclusive use of the venue on the day of your wedding. Available between the hours of 9am to 10pm. Clean-up completed by 11 pm. • Upon contract; Use of property for engagement photoshoot • Scheduled rehearsal time the week prior to your wedding • Unlimited scheduled site visits for you with your Vendors for planning purposes • Dawn on the Chesapeake team member on site throughout your event • Large permanent Bar for your licensed and insured Bartender • Food prep kitchen for your licensed and insured Caterer • Garden chairs and tables on the grounds for informal gatherings • Four (4) strings of Bistro lighting over Reception Area. • Tables and Chairs for your Ceremony and Reception o White Garden chairs for Ceremony (moved by staff to tables for reception) o Up to 18 Round (5 foot) tables for Reception o 4 high top cocktail tables o 4 Six Foot rectangular tables (serving) o 5' Round table for cake • Ivory Linen Tablecloths for reception tables • Ivory table cloths for cocktail tables • Venue consultant for your ceremony at your rehearsal and on the day of your wedding • Use of three (3) spacious dressing and preparation rooms for one or both members of the couple and attendants for make-up application and final dressing (no showers) • Use of pool table for members of the couple and attendants Parking on site with parking attendants Dawn on the Chesapeake warmly welcomes, honors and affirms all couples without regard to race, spirituality, gender identity or sexual orientation.
