“This review is long overdue because it is difficult to put into words what Magnolia Manor, and especially its owner, Leigh Fulcher, means to us. When Elise and I chose May 15, 2026, as our wedding date, we wanted a venue that felt warm and welcoming, almost like home, while still having the ability to become something magical. Then Elise found Magnolia Manor 1843. From the pictures, she immediately saw the wedding she had imagined. But it was her first phone call with Leigh that truly changed everything. Elise heard the excitement in Leigh's voice as she described her vision for "Maggie," but more importantly, she heard how deeply Leigh cared about making the people who came there feel special. Before Elise ever stepped onto the property, she had already said "yes" in her heart. When we toured Magnolia Manor, it was still being transformed, but that didn't matter. Elise could already see herself getting ready upstairs with her sisters and best friends. She could see our families gathered together and picture herself walking toward me beneath the magnificent magnolia tree. Leigh didn't simply show us a venue. She listened to our story, our dreams, and what we wanted our wedding day to feel like. Her excitement was genuine, and it quickly became obvious that hospitality isn't simply something Leigh does, it is who she is. At the end of our tour, Leigh encouraged us to go home and think about it. Elise looked at me. I looked at her. There was nothing to think about. Maggie was our place. When May 15 finally arrived, Maggie was everything we had dreamed of and more. Our family was able to stay together on the property for two nights, turning our wedding into an experience rather than simply a few hours of celebration. I spent the morning downstairs surrounded by my closest friends and family, while Elise was upstairs in the bridal suite with her sisters and best friends preparing for the moment she had waited her entire life for. And then that moment came. Beneath the magnolia tree, we were standing there surrounded by the people we loved most. We exchanged our vows and later heard the words we had imagined for so long: "Mr. and Mrs. Ramsey!" It was perfect. We had the incredible honor of becoming the first couple to say "Yes to the Venue" at Magnolia Manor, and ours would be the first wedding ever held on its beautiful grounds. The house is spectacular. The grounds are beautiful. That magnolia tree will forever hold a piece of our hearts. But the most beautiful part of Magnolia Manor is Leigh. If you are considering Magnolia Manor 1843, go meet Leigh. Tell her your ideas, your dreams, and what matters most to you. Then watch her eyes light up as she begins dreaming right alongside you. Leigh, thank you for answering that very first phone call with so much excitement and love that Elise knew, before she ever stepped onto the property, that she had found something extraordinary. We thought we were choosing a wedding venue. Instead, we found a place that felt like home, people who became part of our lives, and the setting for one of the greatest days of our lives. We said "Yes to the Venue." Then, beneath that beautiful magnolia tree, we said "Yes" to each other. And if we could do it all over again, we would say "Yes" to Magnolia Manor every single time.
