Packages: Full Building 12 hours $3,600 (bartender included); First Floor Only 5 hours $1,000 (bartender included); Second Floor Only 2 hours $500 (includes ceremony room, changing rooms, upstairs lobby); Lobby & Bar 2 hours $200 (seating for 35, bartender included). Additional hourly rates available to add to any package.
