Weekday weddings start at $3,500. Friday/Sunday and Saturday packages start at $6,000+ depending on month; venue accommodates up to 299 guests. Packages include 17-hour exclusive access, on-site venue manager, tables/chairs/bars, ceremony & reception setup/tear down, five ceremony spaces, cleaning/rehearsal, climate-controlled ballroom, bridal suite & groom's quarters, prep kitchen & ice machine, stone fire pit & outdoor heaters, and parking attendants. Special venue + lodging packages available (includes Main House and Guest House). Additional fees: off-duty police officer if alcohol is served ($300), veranda heat $40/hour (extended), fire pit extended use $20/hour. Refundable damage deposit and event insurance required.
