The Meadows Only
At the Meadows Wedding Venue Abilene you get your choice from 3 outdoor ceremony locations; the Pergola, the Outdoor Chapel, or the Oak Tree. Celebration Hall is a 3600 square foot indoor facility perfect for an indoor wedding ceremony and reception, dinner and dance. All our wedding venue ceremony spaces include white folding chairs, a sound system w/microphone, decorative signs, and silk flower decorations on the isle markers, archway and altar. We do all set up. Silk flower bouquets are available for the bride and bridesmaids as well as flower girl baskets and ring bearer pillows.
The use of our Brides Cabin for dressing is included as well as a room for the groom. A wedding “Day of Director” is included for an hour to run the rehearsal and up to 5 hours to tend to details on the wedding day making your wedding as stress-free as possible. Your event is over at 11:00pm. We do all set up, decorating and cleanup of ceremony and reception spaces.
Your reception space includes: custom lighting, a sound system w/microphone, tables & chairs, tablecloths and installation of linens, plus your choice of over 40 colors of table toppers and runners, decorative signs, a selfie station w/props, cake knives, toasting glasses, and table décor(hundreds of items) including table centerpieces, silk flowers, pearls, lanterns, greenery, mirror tiles, wood slabs, votive cups and LED candles, mason jars, flower vases and total clean up after wedding. The Meadows Only Package includes all of the above starting at $2995.00.
Meadows Only Options:

The Meadows With Photography
With the Meadows With Photography Package you get everything listed in The Meadows Only package and Meadows Only Options, plus you add in digital wedding content creation by Creative Photography including; 2 photographers, an engagement photo session, a bridal portrait session, the Portrait Garden, all picture backgrounds and props including the outdoor chandelier, outside chair covers for back row and down the aisle, video projector for slideshow. Our digital wedding content package includes all digital photos created of your wedding engagement, ceremony, and reception, edited and ready for digital download within a week of your wedding, plus all social media video clips. The Meadows With Photography Package includes all of the above for only $3995.00.

A press printed book with 80 images (your choice) from all images taken. $200.00
The Meadows with Catering
With The Meadows with Catering Package you get everything in the Meadows Only package and you add in catering services by Chef Dustin with Culinary Events Catering, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. His offerings include; A Tex-mex buffet or Pasta bar, for up to 100 guests( additional guests just $14 per plate), silver or gold chargers, plates, silverware, napkins, tea, sweet tea, lemonade and water, plus cups and ice. Reception chair covers, chair ties, silver cake stands, setup, tear down. Tex-Mex buffet includes Beef and Chicken Fajitas, Cheese Enchiladas, chips and salsa bar, guacamole, Spanish rice, and charro beans. Pasta Bar includes your choice of 3 sauces, Alfredo, Creamy Pesto, or Marinara over penne pasta and grilled chicken, Garlic bread, and a complete salad bar. The Meadows with Catering Package starts at $4395.00.
The Meadows All-Inclusive
With the All-Inclusive Package you get everything in the Meadows Only, Meadows With Photography, and Meadows with Catering for only $5395.00.
To secure your chosen wedding date, a first payment of $1,000.00 is required by cash or money order with the remainder of the contract due one month before the wedding date.
